About the role

With a strong reputation for 1st class quality and results for our clients and a great mix of city based, regional and national projects to work on, you’ll rarely go a day without learning something new in our dynamic and team focussed environment.

You’ll assist with the planning, co-ordination and delivery of all aspects of built environment projects to achieve client objectives and will be exposed to a breadth of project management principles and applications. Your career development will be supervised and supported by our highly skilled project managers.

Supporting the delivery of multiple infrastructure projects across a range of sectors including Education, Sport & Leisure, Civic and Defence sectors, a typical day will include:

  • Supporting project managers to manage project scope, time, cost, quality, communications, risk, procurement and integration
  • Supporting the management of project stakeholders including the client, statutory authorities, consultants, contractors and end-users
  • Assisting with business development by developing strong and effective internal and external relationships
  • Preparing project documentation including contract administration and correspondence


About You

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or studying towards project management, construction management, architecture or quantity surveying
  • 2-5 years’ experience within a project management support role or environment
  • An ability to apply project management principles and processes to service delivery of low to medium complexity projects
  • A dedicated team focus and a commitment to providing quality client service
  • Excellent written communication skills that enable you to prepare briefs and reports with accuracy and clarity
  • Passion and professionalism with the willingness to learn and grow through training and experience
  • A current drivers’ license
